God plants a word within each of us before the beginning of time. This word captures both our essence and God’s assignment for our lives. Ericka D. Jackson’s word is
Fearless.
Whether she was attempting to tackle skating down the hill of her cul-de-sac when she was four years old or running against a Senior to become Student Body Vice President as a Freshman in college, Ericka has been a student of fearlessness since she was in diapers. As an 18 year-old, she started her own leadership training business and she has not looked back.
This fearlessness continued as a single mother working in corporate America, yet knowing that God had planted a work within her far greater than a job. She decided enough was enough and gave her notice with nothing more than faith and a will to succeed. Nine years ago she began fully living God’s vision for her life by creating The Convergence Center to share her gift and passion for teaching others to live fearlessly.
While she grew up in the church and gave her life to The Lord at the age of 18, it has been over the last ten years that God has taken her through a process of being broken and “emptied out” so she could be rebuilt in accordance to His will. She has spent the last seven years gaining a deep understanding of the truth about fear and the tools needed to truly alleviate it for good. She shares with her audience that fear is NOT False Evidence Appearing Real and reveals the blueprint God left us that goes beyond quoting scriptures to living in fearlessness.
She skillfully blends spiritual insights with practical knowledge that clears away anything in the way of knowing and acting on God’s path for your life. Her 21 years of experience in guiding people in living their greatest lives, her anointing as a speaker, and talent and humor as a natural entertainer converge to create a life-changing experience for her audiences. It is not just Ericka’s profound delivery, she is a catalyst for action and leaves her audiences transformed. Ms. Jackson shares her gifts, talent and expertise with ministries and conferences across the nation.
She is a natural innovator and has developed more than 30 teleclasses, workshops, and CD’s. She is the founder of the Kingdom Ministers Training Institute and co-founder Touch and AGree (TAG) Christian Women’s Kingdom Business Organization (formerly TAG Professional Christian Women’s Network).
She is the author of Self Coaching, When God Calls, The Fearless Living Challenge, and The Power of Vision and Beyond Fearless. She flows in the five-fold ministry as an Evangelist of Zion Christian Training Center. She is in the process of completing her sixth book. She lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with her daughter, Kalii.
